Marketplace Privacy
MP1. Seller Data Collection
When applying as a marketplace seller, we collect your ABN, AHPRA registration number, pharmacy address, bank account details (for payouts via Stripe Connect), and verification documents. This information is required to verify your eligibility to sell pharmacy products under Australian law.
MP2. Buyer Anonymity
Your identity as a buyer is protected from sellers. Sellers do not receive your name, email address, or shipping address directly. Invoices and shipping labels are issued under the platform's trading name to maintain buyer anonymity. Sellers see only aggregate order data.
MP3. Document Retention
Seller verification documents (AHPRA certificates, ABN documentation, pharmacy licences) are retained for the duration of the seller account and for 7 years after account closure, in compliance with Australian record-keeping obligations. Documents are stored securely on encrypted Australian cloud infrastructure.
MP4. Australian Privacy Act
This marketplace operates under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). You have the right to access and correct personal information held about you. Requests should be directed to privacy@stoarpharmacy.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.
